ImoLaza is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We stand behind the products we sell and offer a warranty to protect our customers' investments.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, improper installation, or acts of nature.

Warranty Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@imolaza.com. We will provide instructions for returning the product to us for evaluation. Once we receive the product, we will assess the damage and determine if it is covered under our warranty. If the damage is covered, we will repair or replace the product and return it to you at no charge.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
